Suge Knight Charged For Murder - Faces Life In Prison
Suge Knight who was reported to have been involved in a hit-and-run last Thursday, has just been charged with premeditated murder in the death of one of his friends that died in the incident. Knight, 49, is accused of using his pickup truck to intentionally run over two men, killing one, at a burger stand in Compton.
The Death Row co-founder allegedly had an argument with the men. But he claims through his attorney that he struck the two men accidentally as he tried top get away from two other men who were threatening him.

However, witnesses claimed he intentionally ran over them.Also, forces reportedly obtained a video of the incident. Law enforcement sources say the video captures "a portion" of what went down.
In addition to murder, Suge was charged with attempted murder, hit and run resulting in death, and hit and run resulting in injury -- all felonies.
He's set to be arraigned on Tuesday. He is being held at the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles without bail.He was initially granted $2m bail but the judge cancelled it due to several factors including his flight risk status, that he is a third-strike candidate, possible witness intimidation and his criminal past.
If convicted, Suge faces life.
