How To Tighten the Vagina and Keep Away Any Bad Smells

Have you ever wondered once or twice or more, how tight your vagina was, or whether your vagina has a bad smell? If you're married or sexually active, you probably want to know how to take better care of your vagina. For getting your vagina tight, I know Kegels are great and I practice them when I remember. By the way, am I the only one who gets aroused doing Kegel exercises?

About how to keep away the bad vagina smells, bear in mind that all vaginas have their own natural smell, maybe I should say scent. That unique scent  can be an aphrodisiac for your partner, but when your vagina starts smelling too fishy, there's something fishy.

You need to get rid of that smell from the inside out, and from the outside in. Below are the top 10 tips I found. See this post for the Part 2 with video.

1. Eat a good quantity of citrus fruits like Oranges and Lemons

2. I don't know what Indian Gooseberry is but it's supposed to help for OK vaginal odor

3. Add fresh yoghurt to your diet

4. Garlic is your friend, as it helps keep away bacterial infections

5. Tea Tree Oil is mentioned too, I've never used it. I know it's great for hair too.

6. Drink lots of water, of course.

7. Use water every time you use a toilet, a wipe may be better than tissue paper.  Avoid using douches. Wash your vagina with unscented soap or simple feminine wash for the external area only.

8. Keep the vaginal area clean and dry also keep your pubic hair short.

9. Choose cotton underwears or those with cotton in the vagina area. Or go commando, that is, without undies at all.

10. During your period, change your sanitary pads or tampons frequently and use panty liners during your ovulation.

  8. it helps to do a seat bath with dettol or any other astringent once in a month. It does wonders in getting rid of the bad smell that may have resulted from wearing tight undies or jeans overtime. Just boil water, say about 2 moderate sized jugs (let it boil to 100 degrees), pour it in a strong bucket (preferable, a painter bucket so that the hotness will not melt the bucket and put your bum in danger like i once experienced). then add a cap full of your dettol or any other that you use and sit on the bucket.

    make sure that you use a towel to cover any opening where your bum is not covering so as to prevent any steam from escaping so that you can get the maximum effect. get up from time to time to catch your breath and repeat for at least 6 times. remember to cover the bucket with your towel when you are standing up.

    this helped me a lot when i started having concerns that my trouser was always having this peculiar odor that i dont like. I can tell you that i am now very confident. Also i don't spray perfume or rub cream around my V area anymore and it has also helped.

    PS. this was prescribed to me by a female doctor. let me know what you think.

  29. I do kegel when doing it(he's inside)its gud n he enjoys it too...The seating on a bucket full of hot water with dettol, i dont know if will be gud for me as I get irritation when wash with it on my vagina..but i'll try it.

My advice would be to avoid yeasty foods like wine, beer, and bread, and also try to avoid dairy. Because most dairy is now pasteurized this kills the natural enzyme that allows our body to easily digest it making it generally 'unhealthy' for us and usually promoting bacteria and fungal growth which can lead to unpleasant smells

  36. Kegel exercises help. I read about awoman who could lift weights with her vagina and i was amazed. Train your vagina to be as tight as possible and to avoid fishy smell, use cotton pants and clean up after urinating.

  42. very educative post....been researching on this and discovered that "Jiggle balls" also called "Ben-wa" balls are great tigheners. They help you do better kegels and also stimulate ur sensitive spot because they are quite jiggly wen inserted correctly. Perfect for women after child birth.
